Diet - Day 1 - Weigh In

This was my start to the day & even though I am only a few hours into it, I am feeling really good and energized. I was a but bummed at my weigh in this morning and I bit embarrassed to post the numbers ... Then I thought why? People see me & what I look like everyday. It's not really a shock is it?
